Support the "Reborn of Kampar" Project

I Culture Berhad is a cultural enterprise initiated by a group of visionary people who have a passion for local history and culture. It leverages the history and culture of old towns as tourism assets to bring about local socioeconomic developments. When this concept was proposed, it was fully supported and encouraged by the Chief Abbess of Fo Guang Shan for Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, Venerable Jue Cheng.

The Covid-19 pandemic which resulted in an unprecedented Movement Control Order (MCO) lockdown all over the nation posed various challenges to many business sectors. Though not as hardly hit as other existing businesses, I Culture Berhad is also grappling with trials and tribulations of starting new businesses under the new normal. It is also at this defining moment that Venerable Jue Cheng and Fo Guang Shan Malaysia extended an immediate helping hand – she encouraged the many Fo Guang members to sign up for the I Culture membership which allows I Culture members to not only enjoy guided Kampar heritage tours but also the other privileges so as to support our initiatives in preserving and promoting local history and culture.

To express our utmost appreciation to the undivided support of the Fo Guang members, we decided to customise a webpage solely for the convenience of Fo Guang members in signing up as I Culture’s members. The enthusiasm and kindness of the Fo Guang members will always be cherished by us. A people-oriented company, I Culture Berhad hopes to create new job opportunities for individuals who have a passion for history, culture, and education, further expanding their careers in these fields.
